1. Program Overview

Nexadei is committed to empowering churches with digital tools to expand their reach, strengthen their ministries, and connect with their communities. Through our Church Approved Waived Program, we provide a fully waived Basic Website Development package to selected churches that align with our mission and values.
This program is not intended to create division or misunderstandings between different church doctrines. Instead, it is an extension of Nexadei’s core vision, designed for churches that are committed to biblical truth as we understand it.

2. Eligibility & Doctrinal Alignment

To qualify for this program, churches must:

• Uphold and teach the **oneness of God** as foundational to their doctrine.
• Emphasize **biblical salvation**, including faith, repentance, baptism in Jesus’ name, and Spirit-filled living.
• Engage in **evangelism, discipleship, and community outreach** in alignment with biblical principles.
• Maintain a website that reflects **sound doctrine, biblical teaching, and a commitment to truth**.

3. Website Development & Deliverables

If approved, selected churches will receive a **Basic Website Development package**, which includes:

• A **custom-designed church website** (mobile-friendly and responsive).
• A **main section** (including homepage, service times, and church introduction).
• A **leadership description page** (highlighting church leaders and staff).
• A **giving page** integrated with an existing platform (if none, the default will be Tithe.ly Free Plan).
• **SEO Optimization (Basic)** to enhance online visibility.
• **Free hosting** included (upgrades available at an extra cost).

The **Basic Website Development package does not include domain registration** (churches must purchase their own domain).

Additional services and modifications are available for a fee:

• **Website failures or troubleshooting** – Additional cost.
• **Website updates & modifications** – Additional cost.
• **Adding extra pages, features, or integrations** – Additional cost.
• **Expert SEO Services** (beyond the basic package) – Additional cost.
• **Social Media Platform Integration** – Additional cost.
• **Customized Terms & Conditions page** – Additional cost.
• **Technical Support (24/7 Assistance)** – Additional cost.

The waived package **does not include premium features**, custom integrations, or additional website modifications beyond the basic setup.

4. Application Review & Approval

Churches interested in applying must submit:

• A **statement of faith** or doctrinal summary.
• A brief description of their **vision, outreach efforts, and ministry goals**.
• An agreement to maintain a website that aligns with **sound biblical teaching**.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Nexadei reserves the right to approve or decline applications based on alignment with our mission and vision.

5. Program Limitations & Discretion

- Nexadei **is not obligated to accept any application** or provide website services under this waived program.
- The **waived website package is a privilege, not an entitlement**, offered as part of Nexadei’s mission-driven initiatives.
- Churches approved for this program **cannot resell, transfer, or claim ownership of Nexadei’s designs** until further arrangements are made.
- Nexadei **reserves the right to revoke participation at any time** if misalignment with our mission is found.
- This program **does not intend to exclude or create division among churches of different doctrinal beliefs** but rather supports churches that align with Nexadei’s values.

6. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By submitting an application for the **Nexadei Church Approved Waived Program**, the applicant acknowledges that:

• They have read and understood this agreement.
• Nexadei holds the final decision in all program approvals.
• No guarantees are made regarding acceptance or project completion.
• Nexadei reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.

By submitting an application, you agree to these terms and submit your church for consideration under Nexadei’s Church Approved Waived Program.
