Who Can Participate?
To ensure the integrity of our network, referrers must meet specific criteria before earning rewards.
Active Account
Must have an active NEXADEI account for at least 1 full month.
Paid Subscription
Maintain an active paid subscription with at least one successful payment.
ID Verification
Complete ID Verification (KYC) through our secure Stripe flow.
Payout Method
Add and verify a valid payout method (ACH Bank Transfer or Gift Card).
What Counts as a
Qualified Referral?
A referral is only successful when the new user completes their journey from signup to payment verification. This ensures our community grows with genuine users.
New user must not have had an active subscription in the last 12 months.
Must create a new account with unique details (no duplicates).
Referral code applied at signup (or within 3 days for Google logins).
Subscribes to a paid plan (no free trial or converts after trial).
Payment successfully processed and not refunded within the refund window.
A referral is not qualified until the full refund window has passed without a chargeback. This prevents abuse.

Fair Use & Compliance
We value integrity. Violating these rules may result in denial of rewards and account suspension.
Prohibited
- Self-ReferralsRefer yourself, your own companies, or accounts you control solely to earn rewards.
- Fake AccountsCreating duplicate accounts for the same person or entity.
- SpammingUnsolicited mass emails, SMS blasts, robocalls, or spammy DMs.
- Misleading MarketingClaiming false guarantees, impersonating staff, or unauthorized bidding on brand keywords (e.g., "Nexa AI", "WebLaunch").
Required
- Accurate InformationUse accurate, real personal or business information for both referrer and referee.
- Complete VerificationPass ID verification via Stripe and any other compliance checks requested.
- Code IntegrityReferral code must be the first valid one used. Cannot be added 3 days after Google signup.
- Legal ComplianceComply with laws like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and avoid promoting in contexts involving hate or illegal activities.
NEXADEI may adjust or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes apply going forward; already-qualified referrals will be honored under the rules active at the time they qualified. NEXADEI reserves the right to withhold payouts for suspected fraud.
